MYOB, Mind Your Own Body, was created to empower people to be the best and healthiest versions of themselves!
For decades, the health industry and world focus has been mainly on food and movement as the only means to enhance someon’s weight and life. We have been leading transformational group fitness classes and individual personal training sessions for 30 years. Of course, these do help jump start or even transform many bodies but recent research and methods prove that considering and intentionally addressing other lifestyle pillars such as optimizing quantity and quality of sleep, stress management, spirituality and bringing fun into your life is also essential!
We began in 1992, in a local gym and at one local preschool and now have added programs at the YMCA, JCC, synagogues and churches, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities, as well as in private homes.
This variety of locations enables us to serve a multitude of populations and cater to each of them, at any age from 2-102, neuro typical or special needs, with or without a diagnosed condition, cancer, Alzheimer’s, stroke patients or another disease or chronic condition. We all have the potential to live our best life and beyond!

Our sessions have a general wellbeing approach by focusing on improving endurance, oxygen utilization efficiency, and cardiac and respiratory function as well as enhancing metabolism, increasing strength, flexibility and balance, enhancing coordination, and preventing and rehabilitating from injury or surgery.
We also offer clients the option to take an even more personalized approach and offer a lifestyle analysis of your best roadmap of choices based on your symptoms and unique DNA. This can also be coupled with feedback on current bloodwork and guidance to the your most optimal levels for the greatest health and trajectories. One size fits all approach is not always ideal! Your best lifestyle choices and optimal blood levels which are unique to you and specific and measurable areas that all of us can evaluate and utilize, will help you be your best selves!
